Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote deskside support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document support activities, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and systems.
• Support office moves, including setup and configuration of IT equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications: Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a deskside support or similar IT support role.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Preferred:
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
