Requirment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
5+ years of experience in software development
2+ years of experience in leadership or project management roles
Strong knowledge of software development principles, including software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
Experience with software development tools, such as git, clickup, jira, and confluence
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with working in a Scrum Agile delivery environment.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Vue or Angular.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
What you’ll do
Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of software solutions
Coach and mentor junior developers to improve their technical skills and knowledge
Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Participate in code reviews to ensure that code quality meets our standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve our software development process
Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed
Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients
