This role is crucial to delivering high-quality websites for our clients, ensuring each project meets our creative standards and strategic goals. Success in this role means producing responsive, visually compelling websites that align with brand guidelines, function flawlessly, and are delivered on time. You’ll work to bring client visions to life, enhancing our agency’s reputation for exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor, Divi, or custom themes
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all devices
- Optimize site performance, speed, and SEO readiness
- Implement design elements that match provided brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to meet project objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after development
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience building and launching WordPress websites (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- Ability to integrate plugins and customize themes as needed
- Basic SEO knowledge (meta tags, sitemaps, alt text)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with WooCommerce is a plus
