Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and reach
Respond to comments and DMs, fostering a positive and active community
Stay up-to-date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
Assist in developing monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
Write compelling captions, taglines, and copy that align with our brand voice
Take initiative to suggest creative campaigns and engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For
A strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) and their best practices
Creative thinking with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling
Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) to track and improve performance
Strong writing skills for crafting engaging captions, CTAs, and brand messaging
Experience managing content calendars and planning social campaigns
Great communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
Basic understanding of brand voice and consistency across platforms
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
