Responsibilities.
- Create, design, and maintain automated test suites via Selenium WebDriver
- Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases
- Analyze user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Write clear and concise test cases and scripts
- Execute, assess, and report test results for manual and automated test cases.
- Detect and analyze software flaws, and engage with developers to find solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies
Requirements and Skills
- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languages
- Knowledge of automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber
- Familiarity of version control systems like Git
- Understanding of agile development techniques like Scrum and Kanban
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields
· 4+ years of experience with proven expertise in leading QA efforts.
· Proficiency in Test Case Designing, Manual Testing, and Automation using Selenium Webdriver
· Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA & Confluence
· Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
