Senior QA Engineer

IMPACT IT is seeking a talented Senior QA Engineer to join our remote team in Sri Lanka. This role is ideal for someone with solid QA experience who is eager to contribute to enterprise solutions and mentor junior QA members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Mentor junior QA engineers by sharing best practices and providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure product quality across the SDLC.
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous testing.
• Perform defect tracking, analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to overall QA strategies following industry standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience (manual + automation).
• Knowledge and experience in Selenium automation or any other automation tool.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (boards, repos, pipelines) is an advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and version control systems (Git).
• Domain knowledge in ERP systems or a finance background is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior QA team members.
