The Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Consultant to join us on a contracting basis, working a few days a week as needed. You’ll have hands-on experience delivering AI initiatives in the Retail and/or Energy sectors, with strong Snowflake expertise as part of your toolkit.
You will:
- Shape AI strategies for clients
- Help design some offers
- Lead delivery of AI/ML initiatives from concept to production
- Provide senior-level guidance and assurance on AI projects
- Bring thought leadership to help clients embed AI into their business
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with C-level and senior business leaders to define AI use cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Design and guide AI solutions, integrating with Snowflake and modern data stacks
- Support delivery teams to ensure quality, scalability, and adoption of AI/ML models
- Stay current on AI advancements, tools, and compliance considerations
- Contribute to business development and client engagement activities when required
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML initiatives in Retail and/or Energy
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake for AI/analytics enablement
- Experience with modern AI/data toolsets (e.g., Databricks, dbt, Python, MLflow, AWS/Azure AI services)
- Consulting experience with senior stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our consulting team
