Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an HR role (internship experience counts).
  • Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and record-keeping systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, performance).
  • Manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining confidentiality of payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Assist in exit interviews and off boarding processes.
