Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR role (internship experience counts).
- Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and record-keeping systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, performance).
- Manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining confidentiality of payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support training and development programs.
- Assist in exit interviews and off boarding processes.
