Responsibilities
The Junior Developer (Full-Stack) will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions while working collaboratively within the engineering team. Key responsibilities include;
- Collaborating with the team to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Node.js, TypScript, JavaScript, and Next.js.
- Applying prompt engineering techniques to integrate and optimize AI-related features.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Continuously learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and improving collaboratively.
- Actively contributing to product development to ensure quality deliverables.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision.
Qualification/Requirement
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Thorough understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Strong grasp of version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant oversight.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with Fastify framework.
- Familiarity with Google Vertex AI and Google Vision APIs.
- Knowledge of computer vision concepts.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services.
