Job description
The Junior Customer Support Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the corporate customer segment to attract potential customers and retain existing ones after proper training.
Responsibilities.
- Preparing documents and other relevant documents for the sales/marketing process.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- System Integration part relate with Invoicing process
- Prepare sales/marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
- Get the approval relate with day to day business process.
- Create promotional/marketing materials.
- Supports the sales team to improve customer relationships and the buying process.
Qualifications
- Completing the CIM or SLIM will be an advantage.
- Degree or Diploma related to business management
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, solutions, and branding.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge about MS Packages.
