Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Account Executive, located in Kadawatha. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating project activities, assisting in project estimation and tendering, preparing reports, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include supporting the senior account executives and collaborating with other team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management
- Basic understanding of project management and construction processes
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
