Intern Web Development

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Development & SEO Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining websites while improving their search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

•Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining company and client websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
•Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
•Conduct keyword research and integrate target keywords into website content.
•Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
•Optimize website performance, including loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
•Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
•Monitor and report website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
•Assist in backlink building and outreach campaigns.
•Test website functionality across browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.


Requirements:

•Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or related field.
•Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz (preferred but not required).
•Understanding of WordPress(must)
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

•Knowledge of PHP or other back-end programming languages.
•Experience with Google Tag Manager and schema markup.
•Awareness of current SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
