We are a global IT outsourcing and business support services company, specializing in building innovative, AI-powered solutions. We're now looking for a highly motivated Prompt Engineer Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in building, refining, and optimizing prompts for cutting-edge LLM (Large Language Model) systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our AI/ML and engineering teams to design and test prompts for LLMs (like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral).
- Explore and experiment with prompting techniques (few-shot, zero-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct, etc.).
- Assist in creating prompt libraries and version-controlled workflows.
- Research best practices and contribute to internal documentation on prompt strategies.
- Work on real-world GenAI products, content generation tasks, or internal tools.
- Analyze prompt output quality and help improve model responses through iteration.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of LLMs, NLP concepts, or Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Python (academic or personal projects acceptable).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and experiment in a fast-moving AI space.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, PromptLayer, or embeddings/vector search.
- Exposure to Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
- Writing prompts or exploring GenAI tools in personal/hackathon/academic projects.
- A portfolio, GitHub repo, or sample AI project (optional but great to have).
