Assist in the setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide first-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, password resets, and connectivity problems.
Support the IT team in managing and resolving network-related issues.
Install software updates, apply antivirus patches, and verify regular data backups.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, including hardware inventory and support ticket records.
Set up and provide technical assistance for video conferencing equipment and virtual meetings.
Participate in IT projects such as system migrations, audits, and rollouts.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or basic networking is preferred.
Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices.
A degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is an added advantage.
