Role Description
This is an internship role for an Information Technology Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and providing customer service to club members and staff. This is an on-site role located in Colombo.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Network Administration and Information Technology
- Skills in Troubleshooting and Network Security
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
