About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in both HR operations and supporting consulting work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in HR functions, combined with strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
- Maintaining HRIS and employee personal files and records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to provide HR insights and support as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
