We are currently looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Job Summary
As a Business Analyst Intern you will support our Product, Data, and Engineering teams. In this role, you'll help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analysing requirements, evaluating data, and supporting the development of product features and business processes.
This full-time paid internship is ideal for undergraduates or recent graduates in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field who are passionate about solving problems, working with data, and contributing to product development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analysing business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Document and maintain user stories, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet agreed-upon business needs and quality standards
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all changes are tracked and approved
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Developers, Designers, and Technical Leads to ensure feature alignment with both business goals and technical feasibility
- Support the QA team in validating that developed features meet documented requirements
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and product demos
- Create wireframes or mockups for new or updated features
- Plan and deliver product demo sessions for internal teams or external stakeholders to showcase new features and gather feedback
- Help maintain and organize project documentation in Confluence, and manage project backlogs and tasks using Azure DevOps
- Research market trends and competitive products to support product decision-making and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, balancing priorities with resource availability and technical constraints
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analysis, Business Management or related field
- Good understanding of basic software development concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office
- A team player who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
