What you should be good at:
- Provide level 1 support to resolve system issues through a ticketed support system within the agreed SLA’s
- Able to work according to a roster (24*7) and a great team player
- Excellent communication skills in English and problem-solving skills
- Selected candidates will have practical sessions & hands-on experience during the internship on cutting-edge technologies, Documentation, Client handling and communication, and many more
