Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions including employee record management, recruitment, onboarding, and general administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and documentation.

Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies.

Coordinate with other departments on HR-related matters.

Handle employee queries and provide timely support.


Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Full or part qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.

Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
