We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign planning, and analytics. This role requires someone who can develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. While SEO and paid ad knowledge are considered an advantage, your main focus will be on delivering high-performing campaigns backed by data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across relevant channels (search, social, display, etc.).
- Manage and monitor paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and post-launch optimizations.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Create regular performance reports highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies for future campaigns.
- Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to assist in keyword research and ad copy development when needed.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
