Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to provide data-driven insights that strengthen recruitment performance, client relationships, and organizational growth. The incumbent will track and analyze individual and team performance within the Talent Acquisition function, evaluate client performance to identify high-value partnerships, and assess business growth trends to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze individual Talent Acquisition team member performance, including sourcing activity, candidate engagement, placement success rates, and contribution to team targets.
  • Compare individual and team output against set KPIs and historical benchmarks.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for management.
  • Identify top performers and performance gaps, recommending coaching or process improvements.

2. Client Performance Analysis

  • Evaluate quarterly and annual client performance, including number of positions filled, revenue generated, speed of recruitment, and ease of collaboration.
  • Identify best-performing clients and highlight partnership opportunities for expansion.
  • Flag low-performing or high-maintenance accounts for strategic review.
  • Provide insights to management for client retention and business development strategies.

3. Business Growth & Performance Insights

  • Analyze revenue trends, client acquisition, and operational KPIs.
  • Assess market conditions, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Recommend initiatives to enhance market positioning and operational efficiency.

4. Strategic Reporting & Planning

  • Present findings through clear dashboards, visual reports, and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set measurable growth targets.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for resource allocation, training, and client focus areas.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Understanding of recruitment KPIs, client performance metrics, and business analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with management and operational teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Physical Science, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance and business analysis, preferably in recruitment, HR, or professional services.
