Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners, business subject matter experts, and department heads to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical/functional specifications.

• Facilitate discussions between business users and developers using appropriate analysis tools such as wireframes and flow diagrams to ensure business functionality requirements are accurately captured.

• Conduct methodical investigations, analysis, brainstorming sessions, reviews, and documentation of existing or proposed business processes and requirements.

• Develop FRS documents, data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts based on user requirements for developers and testers to follow.

• Coordinate with business users for requirement elicitation, document signoffs, UAT session planning, and other related tasks.

• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and design teams to ensure the delivered solutions meet or exceed client expectations.

• Create and maintain supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


Experience:


• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from a recognized university or institute.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis within a software development environment.

• A good understanding of the software development life cycle.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology will be an added advantage.

• A confident speaker and active listener with strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the insurance domain will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
