About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, support executives with administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle email correspondence, oversee vendor interactions, and ensure smooth communication across internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize email correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support executives with administrative and operational needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication within the company and with external stakeholders.


Qualifications
