We're looking for a senior backend engineer who can architect scalable systems, lead by example, and deliver rock-solid backend solutions using Spring Boot. What You’ll Be Doing
(Spring Boot | Microservices | REST APIs | SQL/NoSQL | Java | Backend Architecture | API Design | CI/CD | Testing Strategy | Prompt Engineering)
- Design and build robust backend systems using Java + Spring Boot
- Architect and maintain microservices that scale with ease
- Develop clean, well-documented REST APIs for frontend integration
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the backend
- Lead code reviews and uphold high standards of quality and consistency
- Define and own a testing strategy — unit, integration, and edge cases
- Set up or refine CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
- Apply prompt engineering to connect and enhance AI-driven features
- Work autonomously and drive features to completion
Who You Are
- 4+ years of hands-on backend development with Java and Spring Boot (excluding internship)
- Deep understanding of microservice architecture and API-first design
- Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong focus on scalability, performance tuning, and maintainability
- You lead with initiative, manage your own timelines, and deliver outcomes
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI integrations
