Job Description
We’re looking for Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers who can lead projects, mentor team members, and build scalable, high-performing solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
- Work across the stack – from front-end interfaces to back-end APIs and databases.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Architect, optimize, and maintain cloud-based infrastructures.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Integrate third-party APIs, microservices, and modern frameworks.
- Ensure software security, performance, and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (full-stack).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React/Next for front-end.
- Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java for back-end development.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
- Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
- Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI/ML-based applications or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with DevOps and observability tools.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or large-scale enterprise systems.
