- Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications, including process flows, use cases, and data models.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement areas and propose effective technical solutions.
Work with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk analysis.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to business analysis and system architecture.
- Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment.
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical Skills:
Strong understanding on ERP systems
Strong understanding of software development and system integration.
Proficiency in creating user stories, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze data (preferred).
Experience with APIs, data mapping, and system interfaces is an added advantage.
