Junior IT Support Executive (POS Systems)


As an IT Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for providing front-line support for our POS software and related systems. You'll diagnose technical issues, resolve application-related queries, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain system stability and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for POS applications

• Troubleshoot issues related to POS hardware, software, and peripheral integrations.

• Respond to support tickets and calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Escalate complex issues to the development

• Document solutions and maintain detailed logs of all support interactions.


Requirements:

• Diploma, or any other related certificate in the field of IT.

• Experience in POS systems support or application support (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and MS Office tools.

• Good communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil will be an added advantage.

• Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
