We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Junior Executive E-commerce to support the digital operations of our growing brand portfolio. This role involves managing the day-to-day e-commerce functions, developing promotional landing pages, and handling basic web-related tasks across multiple country-specific websites for Spa Ceylon, Luvesence, and Janet.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and update websites including product uploads, categorization, pricing, and stock control.
  • Support execution of online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and discount codes.
  • Oversee order processing tasks and coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams.
  • Ensure site content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design and develop promotional landing pages for campaigns and key launches.
  • Update homepage banners, navigation elements, and seasonal content.
  • Work with developers and designers to ensure websites function smoothly and meet campaign requirements.
  • Update and manage content via CMS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex issues to developers.
  • Conduct basic testing to ensure website performance across devices and browsers.
  • Maintain documentation of website updates, bugs, and fixes.
  • Track site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer behavior and traffic patterns.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple sites and markets.


Added Advantage

  • Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CMS platform is a bonus. Willingness to learn and grow in this area is highly valued. (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Exposure to SEO, CRO, or performance-based marketing.
  • Basic understanding of IT languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello) is a plus.
