This internship offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple marketing functions including brand, customer marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations. You will support global teams in a wide range of tasks, helping to organize, update, and maintain marketing systems and assets while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. The role suits someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and digitally fluent—someone who enjoys acting as a “librarian” of marketing content and tools, and is excited to contribute to meaningful campaigns in a global setting.


  • Act as the librarian for our Digital Asset Management tool, housing marketing assets across multiple teams. You will adhere to a strict taxonomy to ensure all content is correctly stored, tagged and easy to find
  • Upload and manage video content using Wistia.
  • Upload and tag campaigns, images and assets to Partner Connect, website CMS and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Source and manage imagery for digital and print use, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Aid with occasional remote logistics and coordination for virtual marketing events.
  • Perform quality assurance on marketing materials, including links, forms, and downloadable content.
  • Create and manage branded QR codes using Rebrandly.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to execute projects on time.
  • Provide general support across brand, customer, and partner marketing as needed.



Qualifications

The ideal person will be able to work well in a team and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in marketing, in content operations and is highly organized and process orientated. This role will be integral to ensuring all digital outputs are of the highest standard possible.

Required Education & Experience

Essential

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and tools (e.g., CMS, DAM, social scheduling tools).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in B2B marketing and enterprise software.
  • Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or project management systems.

Desirable:

  • Organized and methodical, with a proactive mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Team-oriented with the confidence to collaborate across borders.
  • Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning new tools and processes.
  • A keen interest in AI.
