Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Recruitment team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Help draft HR policies, memos, and internal communication
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent & Pleasant verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
