About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Software Engineer Intern to join our development team at Optimize Solutions. This is your chance to gain real-world experience working on modern web applications while collaborating with a talented and supportive team. You’ll be involved in building impactful, user-focused solutions that reflect both quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing responsive and scalable web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Tailwind CSS
Support backend development tasks using Node.js and manage basic database operations with MySQL
Contribute to UI/UX improvements, ensuring modern and mobile-friendly design practices
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality features
Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
Troubleshoot bugs and optimize performance
Stay curious and take initiative in learning Next.js and other emerging technologies as needed
What We’re Looking For
A solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development
Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based architecture
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development
Working knowledge of Node.js for backend programming
Exposure to Next.js or eagerness to learn it
Comfortable using Git or similar version control systems
Basic understanding of MySQL and relational database concepts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a team setting
