Job Title: ERP Business Solutions Analyst
Location: Kandy, Sri Lanka
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy ERP Business Solutions Analyst to lead the planning and coordination of our new ERP system development. This role requires a strong understanding of our core business operations combined with a foundational knowledge of IT systems and software development.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes across departments including logistics, procurement, inventory, sales, and finance.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend ERP vendors or IT development partners.
- Coordinate with selected IT supplier throughout the ERP development lifecycle.
- Ensure the final ERP solution is aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Provide documentation and user training support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, business processes, and basic programming concepts.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in business analysis or ERP implementation is a plus.
