We’re looking for a skilled Digital Web Designer to take ownership of translating homepage concepts and brand guidelines into beautiful, functional website pages using Webflow. Full Webflow training will be provided but it's ideal that you are proficient in apps like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva as this role is about the visuals and not the code. You’ll work closely with the client and project team to ensure each website we build feels cohesive, on-brand, and optimised for the user. This is NOT a pure development role. It’s ideal for someone with a great eye for design, an instinct for structure and hierarchy, and strong technical confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extrapolate designs from homepage mocks to complete entire websites
- Build high-quality, responsive pages using brand guidelines
- Spot and solve layout, UX, or flow issues proactively
- Follow internal design systems and build conventions
- Interpret visual and verbal feedback clearly and iteratively
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients (as needed)
- Manage your time and hit key milestones with minimal prompting
You’ll Succeed If You:
- Have great attention to detail—you notice inconsistencies others miss
- Love the structure + creativity mix of working in Webflow (full training will be provided)
- Can take initiative when you spot a better or faster way to do something
- Are comfortable with feedback and enjoy collaborating
- Can read instructions, follow through, and problem-solve without hand-holding
- Are curious about UX and what makes websites feel intuitive
Requirements:
- Solid portfolio of websites built (Doesn’t have to be Webflow) (Should be able to provide links)
- Demonstrable experience translating brand guidelines and visual direction into full web designs
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and accessibility is a plus
- Experience working with creative briefs or in an agency setting
- Must have great spoken English.

Salary: 80,000 LKR to 110,000 LKR
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
1.00 PM to 10.00 PM (SL time) during April to October
2.00 PM to 11.00 PM (SL time) during November to March
We provide drop-off transportation within a 20KM radius from our office in Pepiliyana.
