Zoho Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with the Zoho suite of applications, particularly Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and Analytics. You will be responsible for developing custom applications, automating workflows, writing functions, integrating third-party platforms, and creating business intelligence dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions, supporting client projects, and contributing to the long term success of our business

Responsibilities:

• Execute allocated development tasks across a range of Zoho applications
• Work collaboratively with consultants to understand project requirements
• Apply critical thinking to challenge and improve task briefs where necessary
• Contribute to project scoping and development planning
• Support ad-hoc troubleshooting requests with responsiveness and urgency
• Deliver innovative, scalable solutions to meet client needs
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with the broader project team
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications within the Zoho ecosystem using Deluge scripting
• Build and deploy robust solutions integrating Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho apps
• Create and manage APIs for seamless data flow between Zoho and third-party platforms
• Develop custom functions and backend logic using PHP, and deploy scripts via cPanel and FTP
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with tools like Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, etc
• Develop complex reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics, including custom data visualizations and SQL queries
• Optimize and maintain performance, security, and scalability of Zoho applications
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement efficient workflows
• Perform regular maintenance, testing, and updates to existing Zoho applications
  
  
  
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications:
• Certification in deluge and PHP script creation
• Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM Developer, Zoho Creator Certified Developer, etc.)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS for front-end customization
• Experience with CRM migrations or ERP-style implementations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Required experience/skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Zoho platform
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and custom workflows
• Proficient in PHP development and using cPanel/FTP for backend integration and deployment
• Experience with Zoho APIs and RESTful API integration
• Solid understanding of data structures, webhooks, and automation tools within Zoho
• Demonstrated experience developing analytics and reporting solutions in Zoho Analytics
• Familiarity with a broad range of third-party integration tools and software platforms (e.g., Zapier, Xero, Acuity Scheduling, etc)
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
