We are looking for a WebFlow Designer to join our team and help craft customized themes for WordPress sites, Processwire sites, and UI applications. Using WebFlow, you will prototype designs, wireframes, layouts, and essential functionalities, ensuring that components can be seamlessly reused across different CMS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Utilize WebFlow to prototype designs, layouts, wireframes, and basic UI functionalities (e.g., navigation menus, tabs, FAQs).
- Export WebFlow projects and assist in adapting them for WordPress, Processwire, and other CMS platforms.
- Maintain a structured approach by reusing blocks and components, ensuring compatibility across CMS systems.
- Follow established workflow standards while learning and applying our specific development practices.
- Provide input on designs while taking direction and adhering to internal guidelines.
- Ensure design optimization, streamlining classes, sub-classes, and interaction components in WebFlow.
- Convert designs from Figma into WebFlow projects while mitigating inefficiencies from automated plugins.
- Implement WebFlow interactions, such as responsive navigation menus and expandable FAQ sections.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and structured project execution.
Requirements
- 6 months –1.5 years of hands-on experience with WebFlow (should be adaptable to our workflow).
- A degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of CSS & HTML for WebFlow project structuring.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma/ Photoshop.
- Excellent command of the English language is a must. (Oral & Written)
- Ability to follow instructions while contributing ideas effectively.
- Understanding of optimization principles - keeping projects streamlined and efficient.
- Strong attention to detail - ensuring high-quality, cohesive designs.
- Ability to work efficiently and adapt to evolving requirements.

Salary: 80,000 LKR to 110,000 LKR

Working Hours:
1.00 PM to 10.00 PM (SL time) during April to October
2.00 PM to 11.00 PM (SL time) during November to March
We provide drop-off transportation within a 20KM radius from our office in Pepiliyana.
