Technical Lead

About The role:

As a Technical Lead at Avlyon Technologies, you will spearhead the development and execution of complex software solutions. This leadership position requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial skills to guide and mentor a talented team of engineers, guide architecture & design decisions and ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative products that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineer, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Architect and design scalable systems, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Maintain hands-on engineering involvement in full stack development using NodeJS/ReactJS/React Native or Angular/.NET tech stacks
• Implement and enforce best engineering practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development goals with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure systems are observable, implementing monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and React Native.
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in system architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of best engineering practices, including clean code, testing, and automation.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve production incidents.
• Experience with observability tools and practices.
