Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who will also oversee our online booking management across platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and TripAdvisor. This dual role will focus on enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and optimizing our online booking processes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, blog posts) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and industry trends, and respond in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Online Booking Management:
- Manage and optimize our presence on online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and TripAdvisor.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding pricing, availability, and property details.
- Monitor booking performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reviews on booking platforms, maintaining a positive brand image.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and experience in managing property listings.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Content creation and designing
