About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React, Laravel, and Spring Boot to join our fast-paced team. With 5+ years of full-stack development experience, you will play a key role in developing robust web applications, guiding junior developers, and contributing to the successful delivery of scalable software products. You will also be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and supporting the execution of high-impact technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end development of web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Work extensively with React on the frontend and Laravel/Spring Boot on the backend.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to implement clean and efficient solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Participate in architecture planning and technical strategy discussions.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and support deployment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Laravel, and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and software architecture principles.
- Experience in Agile development processes and tools like Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
