We’re now looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can help us unlock the full potential of people data — building intelligence into our platform to improve employee experience, drive actionable insights, and support predictive workforce analytics.
- Develop machine learning models to surface employee engagement trends, predict churn risk, and recommend actions
- Build algorithms that power intelligent features like suggested connections, dynamic onboarding adjustments, and real-time culture health scoring
- Lead the creation of data pipelines and infrastructure that integrate with product components like the org chart, recognition system, and connection matrix
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed insights natively within the UI
- Work on sentiment analysis, behavioral clustering, and predictive modeling based on survey inputs and activity
- Support data visualization and storytelling features for HR leaders and executives
- Languages: Python, SQL
- Libraries/Frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy
- Data Infra: Airflow, DBT, Postgres, BigQuery
- Visualization: Streamlit, Looker, or similar
- Bonus: Experience with NLP (e.g., for survey & sentiment analysis), recommender systems, LLM APIs
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and data storytelling
- Proven ability to build and deploy production-ready ML systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams in a startup or SaaS environment
- Passion for solving real-world problems that impact people and company culture
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working on HR tech, employee engagement, or workplace analytics products
- Familiarity with behavior-based segmentation, personalization, or graph modeling
- Knowledge of privacy-safe data practices and ethical AI in HR contexts
