Job Description

As a Trainee UX Designer,you contribute tothe user experience of the IFS Cloud, the most recentIFS product.

This includes

  • collaborating with product managers and developer teams to gather and evaluate all the requirements
  • creating user flows and wireframes for the features
  • creating UI designs based on the IFS Design System and guidelines
  • mapping and understanding of the user journeys and technical limitations
  • taking part in product research, validating the designs with user tests
  • promoting design thinking on the corporate level

All this is to create usable, enjoyable, fit-for-purpose, and enterprise-gradesoftware.

Qualifications

Youareanaesthetically driven personwith genuine empathy for the users,logical thinking, ability to understand complex systems, and preferably with some technical knowledge or Manufacturing domain knowledge.

You are proficient in collaborative interface design tools and perhaps other graphics editors and prototyping/wireframing software. You are aware of current trends in visual communication and have a solid understanding of design principles (e.g.,info hierarchy, layout, typography, color).

You will be part of a great team on its journey towards excellent UX.We hope you are a good team player who can navigate your way with other stakeholders and have a solid understanding of the designprocess as a whole. We encourage curiosity and critical thinking.

You are currently enrolled in a university program related to UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or any other relevant field.

It is not a requirement, but you’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience from

  • enterprise software solutions area
  • agile teams and software development
  • working in a virtual and multicultural environment
  • any personal, academic, or freelance experience related to UX or digital product design.
