Role Descriptio
The candidate will be assisted by a senior superior for close supervision and training with the expectation of effectively and efficiently assisting the senior to execute her job responsibilities. Intern is expected to deliver responsibilities stated below and any other duties related to the job, delegated by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Data extraction, pre-processing and presentation.
- Exploratory data analysis, statistical data modelling using programming tools.
- Data visualization and building dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Assist with Data Governance and Data Quality Management.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and IT stakeholders to understand the business context and technology background which would be needed in generating insights with data.
- Any other tasks/projects as requested by the Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Candidates with a strong quantitative component in their education are also welcome.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI in querying structured data and the ability to simplify and communicate complex data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quick data manipulation.
- Attitude to learn and grow.
