Intern Business Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support our consulting and implementation team. You’ll contribute directly to real client projects, from gathering requirements to designing solutions. Success in this role means being eager to learn, a proactive team player, and someone enthusiastic about how technology can solve real business problems. What We’re Looking For - Qualifications:

• Undergraduate in Business, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Word, and project documentation platforms.
• A passion for technology, ERP systems, and digital transformation.
• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse workflows, identify pain points, and propose ERP-based solutions.
• Document business processes, create user stories, and support digital transformation planning.
• Support ERP implementation and automation tool rollouts.
• Translate business needs into technical tasks alongside our development team.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to solution design
• Conduct market and competitor research as needed

Bonus Points:

• Exposure to software development life cycles or agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Previous internship or university project experience in business analysis or consulting
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Basic database knowledge / SQL
