Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging designs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on data and user behavior.
- 1+ year of experience as a UX Designer or in a related role.
- Proficient with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and process.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for users.
