Responsibilities
Trouble shooting & maintaining software and hardware devices.
Manage and support wired and wireless LAN network infrastructure.
Perform scheduled data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Provide L1 and L2 problem-solving services to network users.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware and software resources.
Perform routine workstation maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
Maintain PABX, CCTV and Biometrics readers.
Repairing computer-related equipment and replacing parts if required
Hands-on experience on Microsoft server and workstation operating systems and services including AD, DNS, DHCP, RDP and group.
Policy administration.
Knowledge in VMware, Cisco, Citrix, SQL, Sophos, Cyberoam, ERP, O365, and Linux will be an advantage.
Be highly disciplined and can work independently and in harmony with the team as well.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work under pressure and on call support when required.
Performs any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in the field of Information Technology.
2 years’ experience in a similar field/role is an advantage.
Industry certification such as Microsoft, Cisco, LPI/RHCSA would be added qualification
