Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze and document business requirements for various software development projects
· Conduct product demonstrations to the potential customers, identify software customization needs in order to meet customer requirements, and provide reports to procurement for clarifications.
· Conduct analysis to support the development of projects and project plans
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure project timelines are met
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and customer meeting minutes while identifying risk
· Prepare and present project plans, project status reports for all projects
· Be present in project meetings, providing updates on project status and identifying potential risks and issues
· Provide support to the other business analysts and project managers/leads as needed
· Knowledge on conduct Website Development projects will be an advantage
Educational Qualifications:
· Holding a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools.
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
· Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is advantageous.
· Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
· Previous internship or coursework related to business analysis or project management is a bonus.
