Job Overview:

Cornerstone is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to handle our Social Media Platform presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, graphic design, video editing, post scheduling, and engagement. This is a part-time, in-office role requiring 4 hours of daily work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging social media posts (images, carousels, infographics, and videos).
• Write compelling captions and content aligned with our brand and real estate industry.
• Edit short-form videos and reels using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• Schedule and publish daily posts on social medias.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor social media analytics and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends to create relevant and impactful content.

Requirements:

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Knowledge of trends and social media platforms
• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Video editing skills for short-form content.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Located closer to Colombo and available to work in-office for 4 hours per day.
