Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Technical Support Intern. The intern will be responsible for providing technical support to banks and local corporate customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems. The intern will also handle customer support inquiries and work to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the laptops printers and supplies industry is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Information Technology, or related field
