We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. Internship Duration: 9 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D programs, including organizing training calendars, preparing reports, and managing training-related inquiries.
- Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.
- Help create engaging learning materials, such as presentations, Flyers, handouts, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-learning tools or LMS platforms is a plus.
