Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
- Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, ensuring seamless user experience across devices and browsers
- Implement best practices for web security, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Integrate third-party APIs and plugins to enhance website functionality
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth website operation
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of websites developed
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks
- Experience with responsive design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of design and creativity
- Must be conversational in English
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 year experience in web development roles, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Demonstrated success in designing and developing high quality websites that meet business objectives.
