About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Nugegoda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading development teams and hands-on expertise in Node.js, Spring Boot, and .NET technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide and mentor a team of developers while working on impactful projects. With 8+ years of experience, the Technical Lead will play a key role in driving our technology strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to successfully deliver complex software projects.
- Design, architect, and develop solutions using Node.js, Spring Boot, and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
- Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure code quality.
- Drive technical decision-making and influence the overall direction of the development process.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software solutions as needed.
- Manage and prioritize technical tasks within the team, ensuring smooth execution of the project plan.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Spring Boot, and .NET technologies.
- Proven track record of leading and managing development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
